"Fab hotel in a beautiful setting very relaxing atmosphere although we stayed midweek staff did say it gets busier at weekends. All staff friendly and helpful especially Nelson and Benjamin who couldnt do enough for us and always with a massive smile. Highly recommend"

"I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. "The staff was great, food was good, and the view was incredible. There is no tv or WiFi in room even though it says there is. There is an 11 kilometer drive on a dirt road to get to the hotel. The road is only suitable for trucks and 4x4s. "

"Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Breakfast good but no bacon and decent coffee is extra. No fridge or milk for coffee/tea. Two tea bags per room for 3 nights. Big problems with hot water and power. Son very annoyed. And crook wifi. Great view of the Mt, friendly manager and staff, safe and secure. "

"This is an excellent and reasonably priced place to visit, very peaceful and quiet. The landscape is serene which I could view from my own private deck with fresh coffee throughout the day.
